Dongguan Yinji Paper Products Factory is located Huangjiang Town, Dongguan City,Guangdong Province. Covering an area of 15000 square meters with more than 200 skillful workers,Yinji factory is a professional manufacturer of various types of paper printing and packaging products. Our factory is fully equipped with Heidelberg XL105 9+3UV printing machine,CD102 7+1UV printing with cold foil machine on press , automatic die-cutting, laminating , silk-screen, 3D foil, box-gluing, box assembly machine, corner taping machine. Semi-auto V-cut machine , manual die-cutting, hot stamping machine etc.
1. Besides, we also have our design team to provide concept design, Rendering , 2D/3D, Die line for our client.
2. Sampling Team: To arrange white sample/ digital print sample to client for approval before MP.
3. Testing:All structures / packaging would need to be tested before we move for MP.
4. The Color managnement team, to control color during mass production to ensure we follow correct on color of what client request.
5. QA team: To set up the quality standard with our customer based on AQL. and the quality control on every process.
6. QC team : To do inspection for all the packaging before ship out.
